If you would like to return a product, we’re here to help. We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase.

Download the return form here. Fill it in and include it in your parcel together with a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. Take it to the shipping provider of your choice and send the parcel back to us.

Exchange:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but you can always refuse delivery or return unwanted items for a refund and then place a new order.
